Refund policy
Because all orders are custom built to your specifications including art type, size, image, etc., orders may not be returned or refunded. We provide accurate representations of all images and a view of the final art prior to ordering – so we recommend a careful review of all order details and images prior to completing your order.
The image you will see on the screen - once you select your art finishes - are accurate representations of the art you will receive. Also note that not all computer screens show colors the same way – but be assured we use the highest quality images to print our art. If you are concerned about how an art piece will look – feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns in advance of ordering.
We do warrant all our artwork and mirrors for any material, printing or workmanship defects for a period of 1 Year. For any damage that occurs in transit – please refer to Shipping Policy to make a claim. If your artwork has a material, printing or workmanship defect, send details of the issue along with an accurate count of items that need to be replaced to: mary@designdecorart.com . Mary McCullough will gladly work with you to resolve the issue and collect appropriate pictures and documentation so we can provide replacement art.
